Bruno Meneghel returns to japanese football


Bruno Meneghel Forward is the new hired of Albirex Niigata, by Japan. He returns to the Japanese football after two seasons in the Changchun Yatai, China and with extensive experience in Asian football. Since 2012 in the Orient, Meneghel has scored 58 goals with the shirts of Qingdao Jonoon, Dalian Aerbin and Changchun Yatai, both from China, and Cerezo Osaka, Japan.

In Japan, the player was one of the highlights of Cerezo Osaka in 2016, where he helped the team climb to the J-League, before being acquired by Changchun Yatai. Now, in the new club, Meneghel signed for one season.

I’m very happy for the challenge. Even more coming back to a country where I was important, when I played for Cerezo. Now, it’s a hard job to conquer my space and go on title search for the club”, said Meneghel.
